Best Moments of Alfa Laval Seminar in Riga
A seminar on Transcritical CO2 Refrigeration Systems was held in Riga on the 27th of March. The participants of the seminar had an extraordinary chance to learn how to select and use plate heat exchangers properly.
The seminar was led by technical director Mindaugas Kristanaitis and sales manager Gintaras Rimkus. The seminar, which was attended by more than 100 participants, was organized in cooperation with the Riga Technical College.
The instalation of alternative and environmentally friendly refrigeration systems is becoming more and more relevant as the F-Gas Regulation foresees limitations of HFC refrigerants in 2022. Transcritical CO2 cooling systems contain environmentally-friendly components and are made to maximize efficiency of the system.
